Thank you, Biff... I’ve started thinking it’s not him. I’ve seen most of his videos, and I compared the GIF with them (or with all I have of them) before asking, and I don’t find a match.
And the face doesn’t look quite right.
Hmmm...

^^^ Yes I'm inclined to agree. This guy looks very like Scotty but the top half of his body in the GIF, and particularly the thickness of his neck and the shape of his shoulders, don't really match. Nor could I find amongst all the Helix "preview" clips any room with Scotty in that resembled the one in the GIF. Oh well, back to square one! ...

I'm pretty sure it's Jade Parker (an earlier model) rather than Scotty Clarke. I think the video you're searching for is his scene with Shawn Robins (the match is at around the 11:55 mark)

Well spotted Luv ... The wall in the original GIF - and that picture hanging on it - is confirmed by the various thumbnails. GEVI lists the title as being "Twinks 'n Undies 2" with Jade being almost a Scotty look-a-like ... ...

Incidentally, I always do everything I can to identify a pic before asking for help, using several different reverse image search apps, and in this particular case a couple of them identified this as a certain young Disney TV star. I absolutely knew, however, that this was incorrect, and had I thought it was even possible I wouldn’t have posted it. I did, however, worry that someone who did believe it might delete my post... so I’m delighted that it all worked out.

If only some nice robot had cautioned me as I now caution you good people!
Upon learning the name of this delightful young fellow, I naturally turned to Google Images and entered: porn + “Jade Parker”

And began screaming, “MY EYES! MY EYES! HELP! I’M BLIND!”
Because this lovely lad isn’t the only Jade Parker in porn, and for every pic Google found of him, it found dozens of the other Jade Parker, a woman so fat I think she must be the original Mama from the “Yo Mama so fat” jokes. And I happen to be one of those gay guys who dislikes the sight of ALL nude women (you know; give me female friends, a female boss, a female President; I just don’t want to see them nude, thank you very much).
Who remembers that scene in The Shining when Jack Nicholson is face to face with the rotting corpse of the fat old hag coming after him? Well, that thing has more appeal than what greeted me when I sought more of young Mr. Parker here.
So you guys be careful out there!
