@Euthyphro It's all about finding the cheapest labor. If the UAE finances this project and builds barracks and imports cheap labor from the Philippines, Malaysia, etc., that's all TSMC and Samsung need. You may ask, why not build in the Philippines? Because the Philippines do not have a sovereign wealth fund like UAE.
