Season ticket purchase agreement details

1. We will not cancel the purchase or refund the price after purchase.
2. The validity period is from December 15, 2023 (Friday) to March 24, 2024 (Sunday).
   *During the in-season or spring season, the business area may be reduced, business hours, and business periods may change depending on snow conditions.
   *If it is difficult to continue operations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, the business period may change.
3. The range of use is the gondola and all lifts in Hakuba Iwtatake Snow Field.
4. Lift tickets (IC cards) will be redeemed on-site at Season Inn.
   Only you can receive it. Please present your ID (driver's license, student ID card, etc.) for verification.
5. This ticket is a signature type with ID photo. It can only be used by the person listed on the ticket.
6. When using this ticket, you will be issued an IC card that can be used within the validity period from the first time you exchange it, so please be sure to carry it with you when you visit the venue. Please note that if you forget your item, we will not be able to lend you a replacement item.
7. Tickets will be inspected at each lift boarding gate on unspecified days, so we ask for your cooperation.
   If unauthorized use is discovered, such as by someone other than the ticket holder, the voucher will be confiscated.
8. If you lose your season ticket, please contact the season ticket office (0261-72-2474) immediately. (To prevent unauthorized use by the finder)
9. If a season ticket is lost or damaged, a reissuance fee (2,000 yen) will be charged.
10. "During the season, some parts of the course may not be available for skiing due to changes in business hours of resort facilities owned and operated by Iwatake Resort Co., Ltd., lift suspension, events, etc. due to weather and other circumstances." 11. Pay attention to safety within the facility and take great care to prevent accidents from occurring. Even if you suffer death, injury, or damage from an accident that occurs within the facility, or if you inflict damage to others, we will notify the administrator. We will not claim any liability for damages, and the user will be responsible for handling the matter.
12. Your personal information will be provided to Vail Resorts in connection with discount ticket purchase services at resorts owned and operated by Vail Resorts. The personal information provided will only be used to confirm your identity at the time of ticket issuance.
13. Skiing outside the ski resort boundaries can cause an avalanche to flow into the ski slope, causing a serious accident in which not only the skier himself but also other customers are indiscriminately caught in the avalanche, so trespassing is prohibited under any circumstances. If there is a violation, your season ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave.
    *The deposit system has been abolished from the 2022-2023 season. There is no need to return it.
