ASP has released dash cam footage from a July traffic stop that ended in an officer-involved shooting. Angel Zapet-Alvarado, 26, had a blood-alcohol level of twice the legal limit when he resisted arrest & assaulted the Trooper. https://youtu.be/oX69Ld_G46U
