Google Chrome now vibrates when you pull to refresh, which I find quite disruptive and annoying. It started happening on the day I got the Pixel 9 Pro XL so I thought it was a feature that came with the phone, but I'm seeing it everywhere else too. I wonder if there's a way to turn it off. I couldn't find any flags to do so.
