Our brain hates messy information.

This leads to what cognitive psychologists call cognitive load: the amount of information our working memory can process. Give it many tasks or information, and it will overload, reducing performance and increasing stress.

The more you overload, the less productive you will be.

For example, reading an article with no separable paragraphs increases cognitive load.

The same happens when being disorganized. The consequences? Negative stress (distress). I suffered this a lot when I was a student. However, it didn’t take long to reduce it.

Do this, and you will embrace healthy productivity in weeks.
