第３部：第１部及び第２部を題材にした議論及び考察（Brian&橋詰）

第４部：Brian Epstein氏による米国実務に関するあらゆる質問・悩み事への回答のご紹介（Brian&橋詰）

※なお、エプスタイン氏によれば、「当日の突然な質問にアドリブでお答えすることも勿論可能」とのことですが、時間の関係もございますので、極力、ご質問内容を事前にお知らせ頂けますと大変有難く思います。何卒ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

On July 4 this year (2024) at other seminar held in Osaka, we all enjoyed listening to the US patent lawyer Mr. Brian Epstein’s lecture.

So, I have prepared another chance to ask him questions anything regarding US patent practice. He will also introduce us the latest examples related to AI field which are recently released from USPTO.

In addition, Gloria, the manager of this group, will talk about the Influence of languages used in Written Description on the results of International Patent Search Report.

Attendees for this seminar are allowed to send us questions for Brian in advance.

Although he kindly said he can answer to some sudden questions given to him by ad lib as well, please try sending your questions previously to the seminar if possible. Thank you for your cooperation!
