New Additions:

• As part of my recent purchase of the new interior asset, I've included a work-in-progress medical office for Busty Lee in this build (located in the Lobby). To utilize this asset, I had to enable Nanite and switch from DirectX 11 to 12, so I'm curious to hear how it performs on your systems. Please let me know if you experience any performance changes or issues.

Tweaks and Fixes:

• I've made some adjustments to the hovercar handling, making it less prone to flipping.

• There have also been some tweaks to the adult scenes.

What's Next:

• The new adult scene with the double ended dildo isn’t ready yet, but I thought you might be interested in seeing this new asset first. I’m eager to hear your thoughts on it!
