You WILL need Killer Frost mod created by Mr.Delegado (one of many awesome creators in my book). After my creation of lolified Harley Queen (ISEKAI Suicide Squad), i thought to my self, "Why don't i create few other DC Villainess in loli version?". Thus, Louise Lincoln a.k.a Killer Frost. MOST of her outfits is from Mr. Delegado's card, i only add few new outfits for her. Under the Crime Victims' Rights Act (CVRA), 46 codified at 18 U.S.C. ยง 3771, if you wanted to report me to the authorities for "being P3D0", you must also call the (fictional) child's guardian/parents. Just a reminder for people who has literal brains: As long as it's fictional and doesn't cross into reality, it is LEGAL by laws.

There are people who don't believe me for rebuild character cards. For the parameter values of almost all her parts (body, face, outfits), i've entered them one-by-one manually, taking inspiration from some pre-existing ones and using SCREENSHOTS. But obviously i use my version of Chika Haruno as creating base.

FYI there are three Killer Frost in DC Comics: Crystal Frost (KF 1), Louise Lincoln (KF 2), & Caitlin Snow (KF 3). But Mr. Delegado obviously use Louise Lincoln as the model, based on her appearance in 'Assault On Arkham' animated movie back in 2014.
