In order to claim a replacement or refund for you, we require a few screenshots in order to make the refund claim. I know it's an inconvenience, but follow the instructions below and it shouldn't take more than 4-5 minutes to gather the required screenshot evidence.
Please send us the following screenshots:
1. The key entered into the Steam activation window (This one is required only for Steam Keys)
2. A screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to redeem your product.
3. Steam account licenses and activations history
(click on your account name in the top-right corner of Steam -> Account Details -> View licenses and product key activations);
