This is a great recipe to make with kids or if you are new to baking. The caramel is made from dates, nut butter and coconut oil, and tastes so good. This is one of the most popular cakes in our cafes. It is healthier than traditional tarts as it is higher in fiber.

Technique tip: Blend the peanut date caramel long enough that it becomes smooth and perfectly caramel-like.
