Fraudulent Compensation
In the event that KyashValue is fraudulently used against the cardholder's intention, compensation will be provided. Please refer to the
"Compensation for Unauthorized Use"of the terms and conditions for more information.
Guarantee Deposit
Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Fund Settlement Act
In accordance with the Fund Settlement Act, the Company ensures the preservation of KyashValue holders' assets by depositing an amount equal to half or more of the unused balance of KyashValue as a guarantee deposit with the Legal Affairs Bureau on March 31 and September 30 each year.
Please note that our company has entrusted the guarantee deposit to the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau (Escrow Agent).
Article 31, Paragraph 1 of the Fund Settlement Act
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, KyashValue holders have the right to receive payment in priority over other creditors based on the provisions of Article 31 of the Fund Settlement Act, with regard to the previously preserved guarantee deposit mentioned above.

You can check the balance from the Card tab within the Kyash app.

- The balance of Kyash Value (Account) and Kyash Value (Card) is not generally cashed out.
