A leader is a person who in times of crisis takes control of the ultimate survival of the group. It is also a person who steps forward to direct others and make sure everything is in order. Although in today's society people are judged based on their appearance, looks have no influence on whether or not a person is capable of being a successful leader. Instead, good leadership is based on the individual skills and traits that the person possesses. Piggy in Lord of the Flies is an amazing example of “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.” He has the perfect qualities for an excellent leader. He is by far the smartest person in the group, the most patient, and the most logical. These three words define him as the best leader.

A leader is someone who has a commanding force over whomever it is that they are commanding. Whereas this is true, a truly outstanding leader is not a dictator over your team that you despise but must follow, but a mutual respect between the leader and the leaded. Buck has an gleaming personality and such extraordinary leadership skills. In the book, “The Call of the Wild”, Buck undergoes many challenges throughout the story such as being abruptly taken from his easy-going, laid back life in Santa Clara being a pampered pet by Judge Miller. Even though Buck faces some remarkably challenging burdens, he does continue to show us that he was born to do this because of his remarkable leadership skills.

He is a man who is loved by the people, only because they don’t know who he is behind closed doors. On the outside he appears to be a loyal soldier, loving husband, and a great friend to all. However, on the inside he is a killer, who will destroy anyone who may put or be an obstacle in his path. Macbeth is a grade A liar, a cunning fox, and he's more than capable of knowing and doing wrong. Therefor, these three points clearly show the understanding of why Macbeth is such a great leader.

Introduction Being a leader is a very important skill to have. Some people are natural leaders due to the way they were raised and the way they approach both situations and others. A leader is a person with “the ability to rule, guide, or inspire others to think or act as they recommend and influences others to work together to accomplish a specific goal” (Pearson, 2489). A leader is someone who people look up to and respect. The following is an example of just one person who I believe is a strong, respectable, leader.

They show different strengths and abilities depending on the task at hand. They have the ability to build a safe and comforting environment for their following, and create a culture through their shared strengths.

In the world today, there are leaders everywhere such as Parents, Pastors, The President, CEO of Companies, Supervisors and World leaders just to name a few, these individuals can be good or bad, for you or against you. A leader is a person that sees things through in order to make change either in the mental growing aspect of one’s life, the economics of the world, or spiritual belief. The characteristics of a good leader are the leaders’ ability to inspire others willingness to leader and integrity.

Donald Trump showed a lot of leadership skills when he wrote, “Time To Get Tough.” Even when he wasn’t in politics yet he still knew what needed to be fixed in our tax code, getting tough on illegal immigration, and saving American jobs. This showed me that he was a good leader because he understood the problems of our country. Leaders like Donald Trump understand the problems and take in account of what the citizens have to

A leader is someone who leads others by not only their words, but also their actions. A great leader is someone leads by example, showing others how they should be acting, whether it is getting their work done on time, or by making the right decision.

Snowball, for example, appears to have good intentions but in reality, only has the interest of the pigs in mind. He himself being a pig has some form of selfish aspects to him taking part in things that were deemed exclusive to the pigs. This is unfair and should bring his character into question. Another animal that many would assume is a good leader is Old Major. Though he does have strong qualities that many see as honorable he has a major flaw. He believes that all humans are capable of doing nothing but harm. Because of this, no animal should see him as a good leader. A good leader takes the time to consider all possible options as well as outcomes all while keeping the best interest of others in mind. Old Majors one way thinking will cloud his judgment and prevent him from making good honest

Great leaders take a firm stand for their followers, they never gives up on achieving their goals, they are dedicated and they push for excellent. They stay focus, they embrace the needs and wants of other people, they commit to people who stand with them, and those who are committed to them. People that are leader are normally well organized, considerate of others and will set the pace by example.

Macbeth showed much pride for Scotland after being a war hero. He is a very determined man and doesn’t give up easily. He has also rarely shown that he has feelings and cares for others. He showed he was a warrior and very brave when he was in the war as well as when he got back. He fought hard to win for Scotland and show he was strong and loved his country.

Good leader is only as good as the people who follow them. In the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare, Scotland is thrown into turmoil when king Duncan dies. Throughout the play Malcolm, the king’s eldest son, exhibits the noble traits of a just leader, whereas Macbeth, the Thane of Glamis, is the epitome of poor leadership skills. Both men are motived to do good and bad things. As well as being intelligent, Macbeth uses his brains contrary to those of Malcolm. Lastly, Malcolm and Macbeth exhibit opposite mentalities when it comes to achieving their goals. Even with opposite mindsets, Macbeth and Malcolm are motivated to do what they believe is true.

Every teen movie, every show, every book and every experience I have ever encountered only further evolved my definition of what it means to be a ‘strong leader’. Contrary to belief, a leader can be many things. A leader can be aggressive, in the passionate sense or be softspoken and gentle. A leader

Jane Goodall is a wonderful example of a compassionate leader. She shows compassion to a beautiful animal who can’t speak her own language. People see this and are led to serve these amazing animals alongside Jane. Another very compassionate leader would have to be Gandi. He led his people through nonviolent protests to help win their freedom.
