🇬🇧 The AMJ is a german nationwide choir association and course organiser. It's adressing children's and youth choirs, school and university choirs and adult choirs, but also individuals and families. Every year, the AMJ runs more than a hundred music courses, from family music weeks to training for choir and orchestra conductors to choir and orchestra camps. In addition, the AMJ organises a large international festival for children's and youth choirs every year, alternately in Wolfenbüttel and on the island of Usedom. The association offers a platform for national and international choir contacts. It supports its members in practical matters such as association law and GEMA as well as in applications for subsidies. Member choirs can borrow about 2,500 scores free of charge from the association's own library. The AMJ is the central office of the German-French and German-Polish Youth Associations and the international central office for the Federal Ministry for Families
