2. 長編映画、短編映画、ドキュメンタリー、アニメーションなど、言語や国名を問わない。
応募作品
1. 作品はMP4形式またはVimeoのリンクから応募できます。
2. 英語または日本語の字幕付きであること（原語が英語または日本語以外の場合）。
3. 作品には、作品概要、監督、主な出演者を明記した応募用紙を添付すること。

審査員の構成
審査員は、多様性と公平性を確保するため、映画業界関係者、批評家、ファンで構成される。
審査プロセス
1. 審査は予備審査と最終審査の2段階に分けられる。予備審査でファイナリストを選出し、最終審査で受賞者を決定する。
2. 審査は極秘に行われ、審査委員は審査結果を公にすることはできない。
審査基準
審査基準は、創造性、芸術性、技術的品質、物語的効果である。
映画上映
1. 上映スケジュールは主催者が決定します。
2. 上映時間、上映場所は参加者に事前に通知します。
パブリシティ使用
本映画祭主催者は、本映画祭参加作品のスチールやクリップを、宣伝用資料として使用することができるものとします。
使用言語
英語または日本語の字幕が必要です。
著作権
参加者は、作品の著作権が完全に保護されていることを確認し、主催者に作品の使用を許可する必要があります。

Eligibility
1.Films completed on or after January 1, 2020
2.Films can be feature films, short films, documentaries or animated films, regardless of language and country.
Submissions
1.Films can be submitted in MP4 format or via Vimeo link.
2.Films must be accompanied by English or Japanese subtitles (if the original language is not English or Japanese).
3.The film must be accompanied by an entry form with a brief description of the film, the director and the main actors.
Entry Deadline
The deadline will be announced at a later date.

Jury Composition
The jury is composed of film industry professionals, critics and fans to ensure diversity and fairness.
Judging Process
1.The judging process is divided into two phases: the preliminary screening and the final screening. The preliminary screening will select the finalists and the final screening will decide the winners.
2.The judging process is confidential and members of the jury are not allowed to discuss the results publicly.
Judging Criteria
The judging criteria include creativity, artistry, technical quality and narrative effect.
Film Presentation
1.All films will be screened during the festival, the screening arrangements will be decided by the organizers.
2.Participants will be notified in advance of the screening time and location of their films.
Publicity Use
The festival organizers may use stills and clips from the films in their promotional materials.
Language Requirements
Films must be accompanied by English or Japanese subtitles.
Copyright
The entrant must ensure that the film is fully copyrighted and authorize the organizers to use the film in the event.
