Actor of the TV series "Sea Devils" and "Nevsky" died in battles with the occupiers in the Kursk border area

Yevgeny Shishov sent his last post online from the border area on July 31, writing: "Jumbo to all. Have a nice day! And a great mood."

The actor was 42 years old, he played in 19 TV series, including "Sea Devils", "Chief. Return", "Nevsky", "Die Hard", "Ours", "Russians", etc.

He died during evacuation after being wounded in the Kursk region, the media reports. Evgeny volunteered in February 2023, giving himself such a birthday present (he was born on February 28, 1982), his relatives said.

Evgeny fought in the Kursk region, received a shrapnel wound on August 18 and, unfortunately, died during evacuation to the hospital.

In the army, his call sign was STALKER.

Relatives say that he had been planning to serve for a long time, but at first they didn't want to take Shishov, citing health problems. He, in turn, insisted: "I'm a healthy man, why should I sit it out?" As a result, he still went to the SMO.
