English High-Tier Hierarchycracy is the orwellian version of 
High-Tier Hierarchycracy. Ingtier social class system is kind of like High-Tier Hierarchycracy with the Inner Authorities being high and god tiers while the Outer Authorities are all elite-high tiers and the proles are all low and mid-tiers and sometimes cripples. Ingtier also likes to unperson vigilantes and cripples who dissent against his rule and anyone referencing them will also get unpersoned.
Personality
Like High-Tier Hierarchycracy he loves high and god tiers which is why all the authorities are either elite, high, or god tiers. Ingtier is also cruel to low-tiers and cripples and may even decide to unperson them if he feels like it. Ingtier contradicts himself all the time to control the populace and talks about him fighting EMBER while at the same time supporting EMBER. Ingtier also unpersons vigilantes using EMBER. Unlike Ingsoc though, Ingtier is more active on proles and would even go out to oppress the proles which are mostly low and mid tiers. He also says 'the authorities' instead of 'the party'.
