My husband is African as well and I can say yes our hygiene is nasty compared to the normal in Africa.. Once I changed how I clean myself I haven't had a UTI/bladder infection since. I'm more holistic and have been for over 10yrs now. The U.S. is literally trying to k!ll us off.
