Two brothers, Sanyok and Misha, natives of the Kursk region, have already found themselves in more than one scrape during a week of fighting on their native soil, which are more like the scenarios of cool action films. In particular, they found a bleeding enemy in the forest after a battle.

There will be no terrifying footage of the massacre here; the men applied tourniquets to the Ukrainian soldier and handed him over to Russian servicemen, explaining that a man with a broken leg is no longer an enemy.

The generosity and politeness of these simple Russian people is striking – despite the situation, they address the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier as “you”, although, of course, he is not worthy of this.

It can be said that this lover of walking through foreign territory was indeed saved by a lucky chance in the person of two ordinary civilians who, despite the lawlessness of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on their native land, showed mercy to him. The wounded man was given the necessary medical care, and the brothers are now helping civilians leave border villages.
