EXTRA INFORMATION (watch the guide first) (warning long) Here's a link to all of the information for every room that can generate. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AjFt4uRY0ZDhIwsogY6xdBZPLPY-Ksjn/view The more important info here are the treasure spawns (orange) and boss spawns (purple). Notice that there are two small tile rooms and 2 of the same metal room. One of each has a boss, the other metal room has a treasure instead, and the other tile room has a "strong" enemy instead of the boss spawn, with a second treasure spawn. On this metal room some large treasures might get carried off of the edge because pikmin are idiots, usually they'll turn around and be smart, but sometimes they will go straight off the edge :))). Incredibly detailed enemy mechanics Bulbears, bulbmin mothers, and cannon beetles all finish their attack animation before dying, even if their HP is at 0. This can be cancelled by using a bitter spray before they die, but keep in mind that you can't bitter enemies that are at 0hp. Cannon beetles' boulders will get stopped by any corpse, treasure, live enemy, or even nectar or spray drops. Buuuut what would a pikmin 2 game be like without major jank!? Red cannon beetle boulders love to ignore walls and keep rolling, and this happens most in dirt and snow units, due to the way their sloped walls work. Emperor bulblaxes have their bomb damage reduced from 500 to 200, so it takes 7 bombs to kill them because they have 1300 HP. Raging long legs drops 30 mitites (i think) and if you want to grow pikmin fast, don't kill it with a bitter so the mitites will spawn. When they fall out, spam your purples to hopefully kill most of them. This is a viable strategy because mitites give 2 pikmin each, and they only weigh 1 and have a high chance to drop nectar. Crawbster has a unique property where idle pikmin will rush towards it, even before it falls. They can sense it through a wall, but it won't always trigger when they hit a wall. This is useful to see that crawbster is in a room that you want to wait a bit to go into. Crawbster will trigger through walls if the room is small enough, and sometimes even clip through them, so be careful. Also, crawbster will be a dick to you and ignore walls when it wants to, so good luck! :p All enemies have a special animation when they die before the turn into a corpse. During this animation, ALL COLLISION IS DISABLED. You can walk through them, enemies can walk through them, and worst of all, cannon beetle boulders can go through them. There are 3 antenna beetles that are a nuisance if you don't know the treasure spawns in each room. Even if you do, they should have high priority. Even if wraith rolls over one off screen, it won't actually die until it gets loaded (super zoom out helps with this!). If you see that the enemy count is going down faster than it should, zoom out to see what wraith has done. If you see a pluckaphone in a metal unit, oops! Wraith commited sudoku and your life is likely a lot harder :) Titan dweevil tips Titan dweevil has an incredibly small trigger radius, so on the concrete underpass room, you can't trigger it from below, which makes those situations much easier. Something weird about louie is that when titan dweevil drops it, louie will act like a normal treasure, but if you kill a breadbug that stole it, it will be partially buried. Titan dweevil bitter As you saw in the guide, titan dweevil drops 10 sprays at random when you kill it with a bitter, and this can save a lot of time. There are a total of 5 things in the game that can damage titan dweevil while it has its weapns: bombs (dirigibugs included) groinks, MAL bullets, empress rolling attack, and of course waterwraith. Don't take this long list as a sign that getting the early bitter is easy, because it's really not. First of all, no one has ever even killed TD without a bitter with empress roll or MAL bullets, so take those out of the equation. Secondly, titan dweevil has about a 4-medium sized room radius where it can travel, so if there aren't any dirigibugs in that radius you can't use them either. Keep in mind that due to the health regeneration, it will tale 11 bombs to kill TD. Groinks are really, really stubborn and like to do everything BUT cooperate in the TD kill. They take longer than dirigibugs, and have an inconsistent damage output. They can also kill bulbmin very easily which makes them require captain supervision which can lost time. And finally, the wraith-->TD bitter. The main way to bitter kill TD, wraith becomes an ally temporarily to grant you sprays. First of all, note that wraith's roller hitboxes are wildly inconsistent and will decide whether or not to hit TD (great start). Secondly, most of the time wraith can't hit TD if it just rolls under TD, so you either: A. time wraith so that TD uses an attack when wraith goes over TD or B. use a corpse or medium-large sized treasure to make a ramp for wraith to get to TD. Wraith also has some issues hitting snagrets, and crawmads must be out of their den for wraith to kill them. When TD gets bitter killed, the sprays fly out in completely random directions, and lose all momentum when they land, and this applies to all bosses when bitter killed. These sprays (or nectar for normal bosses) can get stuck on top of gates and the rims of metal rooms. Breadbugs (big and small) do not drop anything when bitter killed. Bloysters both take 1% damage when bittered, so if you bitter these it's usually to escape a very bad situation rather than killing them. Emperors and Beady long legs also have increased damage reduction but not as much as bloysters have. The standard reduction is by 25%, so most enemies will take 75% or 3/4 of the normal damage when they are bittered. Everything else I can think of was already mentioned in the guide, aka the guide was very thorough!

Since youtube is dumb I can't edit my novel so here are a few corrections: Bloysters also attack at 0hp RLL drops confirmed 20 mitites, and they will drop a guaranteed nectar I didn't state this, but any cannon beetle boulders will hang to slopes, not just homing ones
