They wont turn the magnent off. Its been on for 10 months. I can no longer think. They are also zapping my brain non stop with frquencies causing brain spasms. All it uses is a cell phone signal and RFID and everyone involved is connected through a chip directly in their head . We can all hear eachother and communicate telepathically. There is the ability for them to read my thoughts before I think them and a Port Authority Server containing all my subconcious memories as video clips. It can move brain matter. The frequencies are making me sick. You can continue downloading features so the torture never ends. I have no idea how my sister obtained these from one of her friends in government but they have been taunting and harrassing me for over a year with voices in my head and I am unable to function like a normal person. If anyone in government can help me it'd be greatly apprecaited. Please track my RFID. The sonar weapon is supposed to be used for severe depression not torture!

I apologize if I havent explained everything in detail there are so many features that can be downloaded its used like any other app and it uses a port authority encrypted server they will not lower the magnent so my brain function has been reduced dramatically and the frequencies have destroyed my equallibrium. Every single body part and organ has been affected by the Sonar weapons and its my own family who is harrassing me. I need someone in government who can stop this. Please help me!

According to Norwegian scientists the IQ in America is dropping ~7 points by each new generation since the 1970s. Let's say this person existed? You just need to find the triggering words or concepts, that cause the technology to condition. You could induce nausea against what the technology conditions for, and the brain will go around the purported magnet. The reason why these programs fail is that there are cheaper forms of brainwashing and psychological abuse. Poisoning is cheaper than this.

I want Soviet mind control weapons implemented because they cause the brain to become vestigial epigenetically. The heart as neurons and direct connections has less latency.
