I am having difficulty with British Airways after it cancelled a flight and left my family, including my disabled son, with no way home.

My son, his grandfather and his uncle travelled together to a family wedding in Istanbul. I had paid £4,019 for a hotel and return flights through British Airways Holidays, flying from Heathrow on August 24 and returning three days later. I had planned to go with them, but had a heart attack in July and couldn’t fly.
