Over the last few hours, IDF fighter jets have been striking numerous terror targets belonging to terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip.

Overnight, dozens of fighter jets struck over 200 targets in Rimal and Khan Yunis.

Rimal and Khan Yunis are used as terror hubs for the Hamas terrorist organization, and a large number of terror attacks against Israel are directed there.

Among the targets, IDF fighter jets struck Islamic Jihad terror infrastructure in Khan Yunis, a Hamas weapons storage site located inside a mosque, and operational terror infrastructure used by Hamas terror operatives.

Moreover, the fighter jets struck an operational residence belonging to a Hamas operative in the Anti-Tank Missiles Division, along with infrastructure used by one of the terrorist organization’s senior officials, and an additional operational asset used by Hamas terror operatives located inside a multi-story building in Al–Forqan.

The fighter jets also struck a Hamas operational command center located inside a mosque, a command center used by the Hamas Anti-Tank Missile Division operatives, and two additional operational residences.

The National Emergency Situation Room of the IDF, the ISA, Israel Police, government ministries and the Israel National Cyber Directorate located approximately 30 trapped persons at Kibbutz Ein HaShlosha in southern Israel.

Yesterday at 9:00 p.m., a distress call was received at the situation room regarding a group of trapped civilians. The situation room verified the details of the incident, and using coordinates were able to locate the trapped persons. At 9:52 p.m. IDF tactical squads arrived at the kibbutz and managed to rescue the 30 trapped persons who were there.

The shared emergency situation room of the IDF and the Israel Police was established earlier this week to assist in locating and rescuing trapped persons. Hundreds of families have contacted the emergency situation room since its establishment. The IDF and the Israel Police are working day and night to locate the trapped persons and to update their families on all the details that the security forces have.

The emergency situation room is located at HaNegev St 4, Airport City (Lahav Building 443) and will continue to provide the best response to the rescue efforts in the field.

Assistant Population Behavior Officer of the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area, Academic Professional Officer Yossi Graver: "Amidst the great darkness, we had a small ray of light last night. Thanks to reports from civilians, identification, tracing and cooperation between a special team of the Home Front Command, the ISA and the Israel police, 30 people were located and saved from the horrors. During the last hours, Hamas naval targets, including the Khan Yunis and Gaza docks, that are used by the Hamas terrorist organization to carry out terror attacks on the Israeli coastline were struck.
The docks were struck using artillery fire from missile boats, IDF helicopters and ground artillery batteries.

In addition, Israeli Naval forces killed a Hamas diver who attempted to infiltrate into Israel from the Gaza shores earlier today.
The IDF will continue to operate in all arenas in order to ensure the safety of Israeli civilians.

IDF: Overnight, IDF fighter jets struck over 80 targets in Beit Hanoun in the Gaza Strip, including two bank branches used by Hamas to fund terrorism in the Gaza Strip, an underground tunnel and two operational command centers used by Hamas to direct terrorist activities against Israel.

Furthermore, the IDF struck two Hamas terror compounds used for training, manufacturing and storing weapons. In one of the compounds, the headquarters of the commander of Hamas' northern brigade was struck.

In addition, terror infrastructure - including a weapons storage facility - located in the residence of a Hamas naval operative was struck. In addition, an Islamic Jihad operational command center used by the terrorist organization’s rocket forces was targeted.

Fighter jets also struck infrastructure used by Lui Kapisha, an ex-prisoner and a senior operative in Hamas' Headquarters in Judea and Samaria, who directed terrorist activities against Israel. IDF aircraft destroyed the advanced detection systems developed by the Hamas terrorist organization, which were used for the detection of aircraft over the Gaza Strip.

Over the years, Hamas set up a high-quality network of cameras, hidden inside solar water heaters all around the Gaza Strip, in order to track and monitor Israeli aircraft.

Yesterday, in a few minutes during a focused sortie, the IAF struck all of the sites of the network and demolished Hamas' ability to form an accurate picture of the skies and their efforts to target IDF aircraft.
