- All shipments are trackable and shipped through a major carrier - UPS or Canada Post.

- We don't accept pre-paid shipping labels provided by customers

Shipping Weight: Our carrier calculates shipment charges using the Dimensional Weight (volume/space that the box physically takes up in the truck) or the actual weight of the package, whichever weight is higher. The listed shipping weight may reflect the Dimensional Weight shipping charge for the final package, not the actual weight of the item.
Combined Shipping: Items may be combined to save on shipping charges if the auctions close within 7 days of each other.
Items may be combined for shipping when the following criteria are present:
- The items are from the same selling Goodwill location
- The items close within 7 days of each other
- The combined shipping weights (dimensional weights) of the items do not exceed 20 lbs.
- You have not already paid for any of the items
- All items are marked as able to be combined for shipping
Please note:
- "Buy Now" items cannot be combined with other items
- We reserve the right to deny combination of items. For example, large or fragile items, artwork, electronics are sold as NO COMBINED SHIPPING and cannot be combined with other items.
- Once a combined shipping charge has been calculated for an order, no additional items may be added.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
- Items over $800 that are imported into the United States will be subject to additional duties or brokerage fees that are the buyer's responsibility. This is not included in the Shipping and Handling charges
- We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged in Shipping: Any damage that occurred during shipping, or any missing items from your order, must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. In the event of damage please keep all packaging and the damaged item/s available until a refund is issued.
If an item is damaged during shipping, we will need photographs of:
- The shipping label
- The box/package (top and bottom)
- The packing materials (if any)
- The item/s
- We might request further pictures if needed
- We may need a signed statement prior to a refund being issued.
Returns and Refunds:
- Returns and refunds are offered only if merchandise was damaged during shipping or if the item is not as described in the listing
- To qualify for a return, we must be contacted within 5 business days of receipt of the item
- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and may be evaluated on a case by case basis
- Upon receipt of your item, we will refund the final bid amount minus restocking fee if applicable.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Local Pick Up Orders: All orders must be paid made thru the Shopgoodwill.com website, prior to pick up. We are unable to accept payments in person.
