Kinects Tower

Always quick to respond to my request. Maintenance always does an excellent job with any repair request I have.

Overall I like my experience at Kinects in the last 3 years. The rooftop swimming pool has really good view (although the heater went down sometimes), and the maintenance team and the leasing office are pretty responsive. Unfortunately, this year the rent increases by 15%, which is way over what we expected:(

A great place to live! The management has taken wonderful care of me. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the location is the cherry on top. I love that I’m just a quick train ride from my office.

Kinects is a great building but I think compared to some other nearby buildings it doesn’t give that luxury feeling that it wants to. From the fake water wall with the speaker to quality of the concierge staff and overall feel of the lobby, there is room for improvement. Shower room at the top floor is also uncomfortable and not great an. A heated pool could also help which I think is in the works. Leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing though. Especially Camellia that helped me so much from the beginning to see the units remotely and get settled down when I came in person.

Kinects is exactly what we were looking in an apartment complex and we knew it as soon as we visited the first time. We didn't have to make any compromises.

Excellent location, amenities and staff. Have enjoyed living here.

Kinects is a beautiful building with great amenities. The maintenance staff, especially Shawn, is attentive and proactive.

Having been born and raised in the Seattle area, Kinects Tower is located in one of the best neighborhoods and provides some of the best views and experiences that i have had the pleasure of experiencing while living in Seattle. The front desk staff is amazing as are the rest of the employees I have had the pleasure of engaging with.

I absolute LOVE living at Kinects Tower for a multitude of reasons. We have a wonderful sense of community provided by our outstanding staff, online community blog, and shared community spaces. We have incredible amenities including a gorgeous rooftop, outdoor barbecue area, full gym, indoor lap pool, and a pet relief area. The units are fully equipped with modern appliances and AC/heating. We are conveniently located approximately a 15 minute walk to Pikes Place, South Lake Union, and Capitol Hill. I cannot recommend this tower enough, I am more than happy with my decision to lease at this property.

I've had a wonderful experience as a resident at Kinects! The amenities are great, the view is amazing, and the people and management are wonderful.

The entire experience from the tour to move in has been above our expectations. The staff has been so helpful, responsive and friendly. We love the location, so convenient to shopping and access to everything. We would highly recommend Kinects Tower for your next home.

Living at Kinects has been great! They are super pet friendly and the apartment is beautiful. I love the gas stove and the floor to ceiling windows in every room. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Abigail helped me through my application process and she was great! I would highly recommend Kinects to anyone who is looking for a nice high rise apartment in Seattle.

This beautiful apartment has been home for nearly 3 years. We enjoy the unique amenities, especially the pool and infinity deck on the 41st floor. With its handsome profile and exquisite 360-degree views, we feel blessed and fortunate to live here

Lived here for almost a year now. Management office is chaotic, slow response. Packages can get lost with no effort spent tracing down the whereabouts. Elevator is constantly down. I can bear when 3 out 4 are down, I can spend 10 minutes or so to wait for one. Today, all four are down. Had to walk up for 25 stories. It must be resulted from poor maintenance team or poor vendor for elevator. Either way, it is a reflection of poor management and maintenance. Definitely not renewing my lease. Many many new apartments available in downtown, haven't heard any one living in an as-poorly-managed apartment so far.

The building seems nice enough at first - but after moving in I first discovered there was a club next door playing loud music until 2am Thursday through Saturday nights, and the bedroom walls are thin enough that if my neighbor turns on their TV I can hear every word. Avoid if you want a good night's sleep.

The good: - brand new, clean building - great amentities (pool, gym and theatre room are great!) - overall, friendly staff - concierge services including package pick up The bad (REALLY bad): - There is a nightclub right next door and on any given night you may not sleep because of it. - The club attracts a lot of shady people and behaviour making it rather unsafe to be walking around at night. - There is an Amazon building right behind the building, no more than 30 feet away, which shines its office grade lights into Kinects building. DO NOT recommend renting here while the club is still present.

We moved in today. Our son is a student at The University of Washington. He fell in love with this world class high rise. We worked with Adam and Laura through the process. All staff members are kind and friendly. This is a brand new building, but the facilities are state of the art. Extremely happy with our decision.
