Voice actress Tomoko Kaneda, who recently announced her divorce from actor Wataru Mori, participated in the 100km Survival Marathon on Fuji TV's "FNS 27-Hour TV" on the 21st, and was the only woman to complete the race.

With 3km to go, 11 runners remained, and Kaneda was the only woman left. From this point on, the rule was that Kaneda would start first, followed by the men three minutes later. Kaneda was in the lead until there was 1km to go, at which point she was overtaken by all the men.

Mori, who participated together and crossed the finish line first, waited in front of the finish line, and at the end, the former couple crossed the finish line together, holding hands. Kaneda cried and shouted, "Thank you very much!"

After reaching the goal, she expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you so much to everyone who helped me. It was the best fun ever." Mori, who was also interviewed together with her, made everyone laugh by saying, "You're the most proud ex-wife in the universe."

Kaneda announced her divorce from Mori on social media on the morning of the 20th. She participated in the 100km Survival Marathon with Mori, which began at 6:30pm during the opening segment of "FNS 27-Hour TV." The hosts of the show teased her about the sudden divorce before the start, with Seiya asking, "Why did you announce it today?" Reports from the scene said, "It seems they have agreed on it," and "It's amicable," and Kaneda screamed, "I'm surprised too!", causing everyone to laugh.

Mori updated his own X (formerly Twitter) with a photo of himself receiving a massage alongside Kaneda during the race. He wrote, "I'm having fun. Thank you everyone for your support!!!"

The two got married in November 2013. They announced that they had given birth to their first child, a baby girl, in June 2017. They often appeared together on television as a married couple and were well-known as a loving couple.
