BI、アメリカでやったら全然だめ。BIあると仕事をあっさりやめるし、健康 (身体＆精神) も改善しないし、医療や健康への支出を増やす効果もない。これが本当なら、アメリカに関する限り貧乏人が貧乏なのは単にバカだから、という結果になりそう。途上国のGiveDirectlyとかだとちがうのかもしれないが。
