Tsunami
Neptune’s voice rolled like thunder thru the sky
Angrily he smote the deep seabed floor
From the shore echoed mankind’s mournful cry
...The sea rose up and struck fast for the shore
From out of the East with the rising sun
The seas fearful wrath burst upon the land
With little time to prepare or to run
Against a power no human can stand

That's a wonderful poem. Now the aftermath... "Japan's quake-stricken nuclear power plant Fukushima No.1 "may be experiencing nuclear meltdown" amid signs that radioactive Cesium has been detected near the plant. "

Captain, I love your mission and passion more than I can say. But, this is simply in bad taste. This poem as dedicated is bad form and indeed a fail. I don't know if I can be a fan anymore.

The captain has the right to be angry after spending years stopping the killing. How would you feel if somebody killed the person you love so much Brian?

You can't claim its karma. Its just called nature. I believe in karma but not every Japanese person is a monster, those people were innocent. If every whaler and fisherman were killed then it'd be karma.

Sad to see malicious comments at a disaster like this, after many years of support I now actually feel disgusted, now is not the time for gloating, shame on you!

Even people I know to be kind, spiritually evolved and mentor-figures to me in the activist/conservationist movement had that reflexive reaction that Japan deserved this, it was karma, etc. While I can't find it within myself to delight in humanitarian…

Awesome Paul! Karma, its Gods way of showing a great displeasure at seeing his most gentle and precious creations slaughtered for no reason in an uncalled for and extremeley barbaric form! God Bless you guys and keep you safe in your mission

I'm disgusted by some of the comments on here. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The people of Japan are not the enemy...its a small select group of individuals and government officials who are to blame for illegal whaling. Most these victims are…

Nothing to do with karma, sure not 'emotion vibrations' from our collective minds, with or without the help of the dolphins, and not ONE of us is an innocent so be very careful wishing karma on people. It was a natural disaster. My thoughts are with tho…

Wow - are you who are saying such horrible things actually human? Japan is suffering. This has nothing to do with the whales or dolphins. Quit being so cold and insensitive. We work with a lot of Japanese people and they are just as disgusted with …

@Sarah I agree. We need to show compassion for our own kind in distress as we do for whales or any creature.

I agree with Sarah buck up people there is good and bad in all nations and to promote genocide or hatred towards a race merely because there are a select group of people that do wrong makes you no better than those that kill the whales!

I like it too and l LOVE U CAPTAIN!

I don't see the offense in this poem, there is no implication that it was deserved. Just an artistic statement of fact, the sea swelled, there was a tsumani, tragedy ensued.
