Agreed! I totally trust Deb and the AMW team to anonymize everything and give people of all genders and backgrounds a chance. This does speak to the nature of our industry, though -- how many big-name titles DO go to men over women? How do our unconscious biases affect us?

I'm not accusing anyone of anything, there are multiple reasons this could occur including it being just chance, but there's also things like are companies not submitting titles by women, are they not giving more complex projects to women, etc.
