Who is she? These are both dudes. Do you know much of either characters?

there are multiple reasons why i do in fact belive that gun shoots bullets at higher velocities than regular guns, namely the consistent speed scaling up to then and how their speed has only ever gone up up to that point
take the kyogai fight as example

i'm open to a discussion pretaining this issue, but otherwise muichiro's speed far outclasses his opponent, it would be better to equalize speed in this scenario
