Anakin wouldn’t be the chosen one, since the Chosen One has to be male. Qui Gon wouldn’t find him by the will of the force, end of The Phantom Menace.

Ok, that’s boring and no one likes boring answers, so let’s say that the Chosen One could be female.

  • Anakin and Padme would now be a lesbian couple. (does homophobia exist in the Star Wars universe?)
  • Also, side note, I do not know if Padme is attracted to women or not, but since that was never stated, let’s just say for the sake of this hypothetical she is. We do know Anakin is attracted to women, and I’m assuming Anakin’s sexuality doesn’t change.

We do know Anakin is attracted to women, and I’m assuming Anakin’s sexuality doesn’t change. Anakin could be attracted to men as well for all we know. It’s a damn hypothetical.
  • I’m assuming Qui Gon still gets killed by Darth Maul, however Obi Wan won’t be so hesitant about training Anakin, which is because-
  • Padme would not be getting pregnant, assuming Anakin is cisgender. Obviously (some) transgender people still have sex, so assuming Anakin didn’t medically transistion, and Anakin didn’t have delibrating dysphoria, similar events would happen, but otherwise-
  • It would be harder for Palpatine to turn Anakin because there would be no dreams of dying in childbirth. So chances are, Anakin would never turn.
  • Because Palpatine has no reason to manipulate her, Anakin would not be on the council. No complaining about how it’s outrageous and unfair that you can be on the council and not be a master.
  • I’m assuming eventually Palpatine would be discovered as a Sith Lord, but not with Anakin telling Mace. Since Anakin wouldn’t have been manipulated by him, Mace wouldn’t go bye-bye out the Windu- sorry, window, and Palpatine would’ve been defeated.
  • Or maybe they would’ve excuted Order 65 in the clones. Bye bye Palpy!
  • I imagine that Padme and Anakin would adopt children since Padme seems like the motherly type for some reason, and neither of them could have children, since again, I am assuming they are both cisgender females. They’d have a really cute family together or something. Anakin would never turn, and there’d be no living in a suit.

A CI server (or build server) plays a key role in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. It serves as the glue that holds all stages of the pipeline together, applying your business logic to coordinate automated tasks while also collating and publishing feedback.

This article offers more details about what a CI server does and how it can help you get the most out of CI/CD.

From what I can tell, Jedi treated men and women the same, so there wouldn’t be much impact there…

But there’s some pretty important follow-up questions.

Is Anakina still attracted to Padme? Because otherwise, Lord Vader has no reason to turn…

For that matter…is Padme male now? Because otherwise…where do the kids come from? And are we flipping the Queen thing from Ep I around so that there was a King Amidala…with male handmen?

…Wait a minute. I just pictured pregnant Anakina fighting Obi-Wan and got a headache.

That’s a pretty major story hole…pregnancy throws this off in a million ways, actually.

  • A pregnant Anakina can’t hide that relationship from the Council
  • A pregnant Anakina can’t fight…at least, not like THAT
  • A pregnant Anakina can’t be giving birth to babies after almost dying in a tragic dismemberment and volcano bath
  • A pregnant Anakina can’t not know she just had two kids

So unless we’ve got some weird science action where Padme’s still a girl and birthing the kids, but Anakina’s DNA is still involved, we’ve got a major plothole for our series to resolve. Surrogate mother, maybe? But that’s a whole new can of worms…who’s Anakina having visions about dying now?

Nah…gender-bending this story is tricky.

The biggest change it would require would be in regards to Anakin’s children. A female Anakin would have known if her children were born or not, and she would have known if she had given birth to two children instead of one. In order to convince her that her children were dead, there would have to be some kind of plot after their birth—perhaps she would have been unconscious after the birth and then told the children died, or there was a kidnapping and someone somehow came up with a way to convince her that they had been killed. I actually did a gender reverse version Star Wars a while ago. And I did a gender reversed Anakin (as well as other characters).

Anakin (or Annie) Skywalker is an interesting case in gender reverse, because in this case, it'd be a physically stronger female Jedi falling in love with a male King and later senator Padmon who constantly puts himself in danger and is constantly in need of rescue from a woman. (The majority of Jedi console would be women, as would be the senate house, the entire empire military force and the administration.) It’d be Annie who gets pregnant and gives birth to twins:

It’d be Annie who gets pregnant and gives birth to twins: Lucia and Lian. And she would be killing all the younglings, engaging in one of the most difficult battles of her life, fighting against her mentor and sister Obi-Wynn, suffering tremendous injuries, losing 2 limbs, while she’s like 7 or 8 months pregnant. All this would lead to a premature birth, and Obi-Wynn would help Annie give birth, take the babies, and leave Annie to die.

… If you want to make a Game of Thrones Star Wars crossover, just gender reverse it…

Anyway, here're some more of my gender reverse Star Wars characters:

Young and old Obi-Wynn.

And my favorite, Mica Windu

And the male slave Lian Organa. (See how ridiculous it is if you do it to men? But no…. not women… women are totally normal in chains and golden bikinis…)

Imagining Anakin Skywalker as a female character would have significant implications for the Star Wars lore, as it would alter many aspects of the character's development, relationships, and interactions within the narrative. Here are some potential impacts of having a female Anakin Skywalker:

  1. Character Development: A female Anakin Skywalker would likely experience different challenges and character arcs compared to the male version. The struggles, motivations, and decisions made by the character could be influenced by her gender and how others perceive her within the context of the Star Wars universe.
  2. Relationships: Anakin's relationships with other characters, especially Padmé Amidala, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the Jedi Council, would be affected by her gender. The dynamics, interactions, and emotional connections between Anakin and these characters could be different, potentially leading to new storylines and character developments.
  3. Representation: Introducing a female Anakin Skywalker could provide greater representation for female characters in the Star Wars universe. It could offer new perspectives on the themes of power, destiny, and redemption, showing that these themes are not limited to male characters.
  4. Impact on the Prequel Trilogy: The events of the prequel trilogy, particularly Anakin's fall to the dark side and transformation into Darth Vader, would likely be portrayed in a different light with a female protagonist. This change could lead to a reimagining of key moments in Anakin's journey and how they shape her character.
  5. Influence on the Skywalker Legacy: Anakin's role as the Chosen One and the father of Luke and Leia Skywalker is a central aspect of the Star Wars saga. Having a female Anakin Skywalker would alter the legacy of the Skywalker family and potentially introduce new dynamics to the family's story.

Overall, introducing a female Anakin Skywalker would offer a fresh perspective on the character and the Star Wars universe as a whole. It could lead to new storytelling opportunities, character dynamics, and themes that explore gender, identity, and power in different ways than the original male version of the character.

if we assume we have also flipped Padme into being a boy, this is how I think it would go.

if Padra Amidala was King of Naboo he would have commanded alot more respect, and possibly been able to convince the Chancellor to act in a real way.

otherwise, Phantom Menace should play out the same, and Ani’s crush on Padra would be seen as quite cute.

years pass and Ani has battled to earn respect from Obi wan as well as the older Council members. but personality wise, she should be relatively the same.

now Ani has a choice. leave the Order as there seems to be nothing stopping her and go live at Naboo with her kid/kids, or try to hide it using Force powers or something. i think timeline 1 is much more likely.

Palpatine warns Ani that if she does not learn the dark side, she will die in childbirth and Padra will be exposed for the affair. to save their relationship, she must learn the ways of the Sith. Ani is very resistant however as this deal is not as appealing as it would have been to a male Anakin.

Palpatine needs to take desperate measures. he orders Senator Amidala assassinated and promises Ani that he can resurrect her husband but only so long as she learns the dark side. Ani accepts, and Order 66 can now begin. Ani’s chidlren would be with her at all times however, maybe protected by a cadre of clone guards. this means they will not be able to be sent away to Obi Wan and Alderaan because Palpatine would have been keeping a close eye on the kids the entire time.

the timeline is a little pushed off, but things more or less realign in terms of Ani fighting Obi Wan. with Padra now dead and unable to tell anyone where Ani went, the duel won’t happen until Ani gets back from Mustafar and finds Obi Wan waiting for her.

Ani growls and says “My Master will feel this duel and come and help me. you are doomed. I must protect my son and daughter from the Jedi.”

obi wan says “I’m sorry, Ani. I failed you you were like a sister to me, but i will do what i must do.”

“you will try…”

the duel would rage throughout the ruined Temple. Palpatine feels Lady Vader is in trouble so he would go and help her. Obi Wan is starting to get the upper hand when Palpatine appears and stabs Obi Wan from behind.

“Lady Vader, we have won. the galaxy is ours.”

“No, my Master. It is mine. mine and my son’s! I know you killed my husband! Die, old man, for i am the Empress now!”

Palpatine would probably kick Ani’s ass at first but a few years pass and Ani gets strong enough to feel she can finally take out the old man and crown herself Empress Skywalker.

Ani would quickly become the most feared and powerful Sith to ever live, a black hole of the Force, using power and intimidation to subjugate the entire galaxy.

Luke and Leia are trained by their mother from birth in the ways of the dark side, and quickly become her personal Sith assassins snuffing out all dissent and rebellion wherever they sense it.

Leia is slightly stronger however and quickly becomes the favorite child of the Empress. Prince Luke is saddened by this but still loves his mother greatly.

Ani is now an old woman. her empire is slowly falling apart after constant rebellion. her generals no longer respect her. Her husband is dead. Suddenly she feels a strange pain in her chest. A red lightsaber is portruding from it. She smiles sadly.

“Oh…Finally, my son.”

Then Annie would fall for Obi Wan. But Obi Wan would turn her down. Because not only Jedi forbit romantic relationships, but Obi Wan himself also already in love with Duchess Satine. If she still fall for Padme in a lesbian romance. Then she won’t have worry about Padme dying from childbirth. With Annie being a girl, her personality maybe a little different. She would be less angry but a little bit more emotional. Her relation with Ahsoka would also change. They would be even closer like sisters. In short, Palpatine would have a harder time manipulating her into the dark side. Palpatine would

Huge pain in reading lengthy PDF? Effortlessly brief content into visuals by AI

We would all certainly find it creepier that Padma was five years older than Annie.

Also, the surgery done to Annie to make her cyborg!Vader in a life-support suit would be the most successful gender reassignment in history. His suit would now also feed him intravenous testosterone, which would honestly explain a lot.

And a certain line in The Empire Strikes Back would now really, really be a twist.

well then you’d have a bunch of star wars fanboys complaining, and accusing “anakina” of being a mary sue.

Well, for one thing it would be vastly more difficult to hide the existence of Luke and Leia from Anakin, since Anakin would be the one actually birthing them.

Actually, the pregnancy as a whole would be a pretty significant problem, how would Anakin kill all the Jedi and fight in all of these battles and duels while heavily pregnant? Even if she did somehow pull it off, I imagine it would have serious negative impacts on the children’s health, I don’t see the pregnancy being very successful after Anakin was dipped in lava on Mustafar, for example.

Or, going a little bit further back, there’s no way a female Anakin would be able to hide her romantic relationship with King Amidala from the Jedi once pregnant, since that kind of thing tends to be kind of obvious even to people without the force.

Well, assuming their roles stayed the same (Anakin jedi, Padme politician) then Anakin would have no reason to turn to the dark side. The reason Anakin was having visions of Padme dying was due to her apparently having complications at birth. And Palpatine used Anakin’s need to save Padme against him. So Palpatine would not have been able to manipulate her. She and her husband Padme would flee and hide in safety and deliver the twins in secret, possibly with Obi-wan’s help.

The problem starts after the twins are born. If Palpatine knows of Anakin’s pregnancy (which he probably does) then he might begin hunting the twins down to use as a way of strong-arming Anakin into helping him. At the same time he'd have 2 extremely force sensitive Skywalkers to control later on. Chances are, the moment Anakin does whatever Palpatine asked, Palpatine would kill her and Padme, and raise the twins as his apprentices.

Then she would have known she had two kids and probably would have raised them. They would grow up sith and maybe end up fighting each other to the death to inherit all the power. Whose to tell which sibling would survive with both equally trained in the use of the Force.

What if Darth Vader was a female?

I am trying, and utterly failing, to imagine James Earl Jones doing a falsetto.

It would certainly have made Obi-Wan look kind of guilty when Padmé became pregnant…

Ani Skywalker would likely have much less reason to be arrogant and more importantly, much less reason to be on the dark side. This is because there’d be no King Padra to get her pregnant, and even if she entered a lesbian affair with Padme, she cant get her pregnant either so dying in childbirth would not be the motive behind her fall.

She also would not have been able to hide the pregnancy from the Order and so would have left them to be with her love.

And if she’s got no love, then Palpatine has almost nothing to tempt her with. She would have let Mace do him in and that would be that.

Prior to his defeat on Mustafar, Anakin Skywalker was the single most powerful Force user in the known galaxy.

So it depends on what parameters you wish to measure Anakin Skywalker. He did not have the fencing skills displayed by Count Dooku, nor did he have the understanding and wisdom of Yoda to use his Force powers to the fullest.

  • If Anakin had been given the appropriate training and guidance, he could have become the single most powerful individual in all of the galaxy. With time.
  • If Qui-Gon Jinn had not inconvenienced the galaxy by dying, Anakin would likely have become the best Jedi in the history of all the galaxy.
  • If Obi-Wan had not mutilated him at Mustafar, then Anakin would in all likelihood have become the most powerful Sith in all the history of the galaxy.

As it was, Anakin believed that the brute power of the Force was all that mattered. He paid the price for that arrogance, and became something less than he was.

Anakin still has special abilities and is still an excellent pilot. More than likely he would've been noticed by someone (most likely a hutt) and become a pilot/enforcer, earning his family's freedom. His mother likely would've been married to the moisture farmer, married, killed and Anakin would still have slaughtered the entire Tusken Village. At this point the Jedi would feel his presence, and so would Sidious. I can see Sidious hiring Anakin the bounty hunter as a private guard during the war and training him as a Sith. At this point the Jedi would feel his presence, and so would Sidious. I can see Sidious hiring Anakin the bounty hunter as a private guard during the war and training him as a Sith. The galaxy wouldn't have stood a chance. Since Obi-wan didn't train Anakin, the fight on Mustafar goes very badly for him. Anakin fighting with no conflict in his heart, only hatred, to save the lives of his children (that he likely had sometime during his escapades as a bounty hunter) would destroy Obi-wan decisively. Perhaps his injuries would require him to mechanize some parts of his body but not all, and he is even deadlier than when consumed with self hatred. There is no redemption for him. His children are raised as Sith, eventually changing the Sith order, succeeding the emperor and plunging the Galaxy into darkness. Rey might exist in this timeline, but no Resistance led by Jedi strong enough to stand against the chosen one. Since Luke and Leia might only be half siblings in this scenario it's reasonable they procreate to make a stronger sith, although if they procreate separately there will eventually be two imperial family lines fighting for supremacy. Rey is a pawn in this, as is any other force user. Han never makes it off Tatooine the first time. Chewie dies with him. The Death Star version 1 never gets destroyed. Tarkin and Vader become uneasy allies until Tarkin is killed by Leia probably. I see Luke's family line as the one to emerge victorious in the long run.

It would have meant another actor would have been cast as Anakin so, probably not a lot of difference

I don't think it would have changed much unless Skywalker transitioned after the twins where conceived. If that happened there would be no Luke or princess. No Vader ether so Mace Windu would have killed the Palpatine before he rose to power. The republic would have split and Windu would have became over come with anger and doubt leaving the order to become a new grey largly evil lord who started a new order that sought place to the power of law into the hands of the force users.

So I’m gonna tell you about how it went down in Legends, because the way it happened there is just hilarious :D

So Darth Plagueis is this big badass Sith Lord, right? Master of the Dark Side, a scientist at heart, knows how to manipulate the midi-chlorians, etc. And his apprentice, Darth Sidious, is this once in every ten generations prodigy.

So Darth Plagueis is this big badass Sith Lord, right? Master of the Dark Side, a scientist at heart, knows how to manipulate the midi-chlorians, etc. And his apprentice, Darth Sidious, is this once in every ten generations prodigy.

They both think they’re such hot shit, they’ve been orchestrating their ascent to power for decades, they’re doing pretty good for themselves. Nothing can mess with them.

And of course, because they see themselves as such awesome chads, and because they’re Sith, their flawed logic makes them go:

Let’s try to make the Force our bitch, and create a living being out of nothing, just the midi-chlorians! We can use the resulting person as a weapon to conquer the galaxy!”

“Great idea!”

*secret Sith high five*

So they make this super dark evil Sith ritual of doom, which if memory serves me well combines alchemy and *cough cough* “dark science”, and they’re this close to completing it… and then the Force goes:

“no lol”

And they fail. They both get angry, they whine, they stomp their feet, as Sith tend to do. But eventually they leave well enough alone and move on.

Little do they know that the Force is particularly dickish towards them for attempting such heresy against it. So the Force - I kid you not - says:

“And guess what else? I’m gonna create exactly what you wanted to create, and I’m gonna do it specifically so it’ll eradicate y’all from this galaxy. How d’you like me now?!”

And so the Force creates Anakin out of midi-chlorians out of sheer fucking spite against Darths Plagueis and Sidious. I love this.

So, a decade later, the two Sith learn of this boy from Tatooine, who has a never-before-seen midi-chlorian count, no father, supposedly the Chosen On— oh fuck. Oh fuck, no-no-no-no-no!

And the Force is like laughing its ass off like “oh yes-yes-yes-yes-yes”.

Which leads to a race against time between the two Sith, who’re now at odds with each other, and they’re both trying to get Anakin for themselves before the other one can, which makes things between them escalate until Sidious killing Plagueis in his sleep, but not before getting him drunk.

All of this is Legends canon, and it’s why Darth Plagueis is my favorite Star Wars - Legends book.

Not that much.

I know that sounds kind of callous, but it’s more that I think regardless of when he lost Ahsoka, Anakin’s reaction would have been the same— devastation. Arguably, her exit in the Wrong Jedi arc was more painful because Anakin knew she was alive, but she just disappeared afterwards (because Disney hastily cancelled the show). Killing Ahsoka off would have deeply traumatized Anakin, but at the same time, it would have been something he was at least a little used to, because it was the middle of a war. But it also would have further strengthened his resolve to save Padmé.

I'm sure it would, he would be even more aggressive than usual. If anyone remembers the episode where Kenobi faked his death to go undercover. He was showing his aggressive side. You could see it in his face.

I'd say they would be better if they based Anakin Skywalker more off of Tai Lung from Kung Fu Panda (2008) where his “celebrity” status starts to overtake him, instead of a whiny egomaniac like Justin Bieber.

Add more tragedy to Anakin where his ego is shot down by being badly injured in a fight, he secretly learned the dark arts with Palpatine’s help earlier on as in The Clone Wars (2002), and get rid of the midichlorian crap.

but i think things would finally go bad when Ani reveals to her senator husband she;s pregnant.

now Ani has a choice. leave the Order as there seems to be nothing stopping her and go live at Naboo with her kid/kids, or try to hide it using Force powers or something. i think timeline 1 is much more likely.

It would have hurt him but not nearly as much as her leaving the Order. He accepted her leaving but it played on his emotions more than her death would have-I am looking at her death in battle, not part of some plot by Sidious.

In leaving she abandoned him, created more anger/distrust between him and the Council, created guilt that he failed her. All of this pushing him closer to Sidious.

Edit In: Actually, she did die, right in front of him on Mortis, he showed more sorrow and horror than anger.

Why Shmi? Why not someone within the borders of the Republic? Why at that time, and not another time? Those aren’t answered in canon.

Anakin was created to counterbalance the tipping of the scales that he had caused.

No. It’s about (read: my prediction is that, viewed in light of the previous two trilogies, it will turn out to make the saga as a whole about) the legacy of the Jedi.

Episodes I-III are the story of how Anakin was almost great, but fell to the Dark Side.

Episodes IV-VI are the story of how Luke almost fell to the Dark Side, but was great.

Episodes VII-IX seem - to me - to be the story of how Rey almost decided to be nobody, but was great.

What if Padme Amidala was a lesbian? How would the galaxy be altered?

Oooh, haven’t seen this one before. Should be fun.

So are we assuming that Anakin’s creepy, borderline-stalkerish obsession with Padme from Attack of the Clones is intact? I’m going to assume that we are.

Apart from the welcome loss of a variety of annoyingly corny soap-opera romance scenes, there’s not going to be all that much of a difference until we get to Geonosis, where with no budding “romance” there’s no pre-arena kiss.

The Battle itself unfolds much as it did in the movie apart from that. But obviously, Anakin and Padme don’t sneak off to Naboo afterwards and get married, because Padme’s not interested.

So now we fast forward a bit to Revenge of the Sith. Three years later. Odds are fairly good that Padme has moved on with her life and, while still Anakin’s friend, does not see him as more than this. She may have a special lady in her life, though I don’t know much about the Republic’s general stance on the subject so I can’t speak as to whether this might be something she’d keep secret or not.

After that, a big part of what happens next depends on Anakin. More specifically, it depends on whether or not he’s mature enough to get over it once it becomes clear that Padme is not interested in pursuing a relationship with him.

Without his secret marriage and Padme’s pregnancy, Sidious doesn’t have nearly as much leverage over him. Padme doesn’t need saving, so “the only way you can save Padme” isn’t an argument that works anymore.
And I would like to believe that he’d be mature enough, in spite of his own feelings, to respect Padme’s decision. In that case, Sidious is boned, since he has no easy way to manipulate Anakin into betraying the Jedi Order except for generic “you’re hot shit and I can help you prove it” stuff - which is exactly what led Anakin to confide in Master Windu his suspicions about Palpatine’s association with the Sith, by the way.

So without that ace in his hand, Palpatine still tries to manipulate Anakin, who approaches Master Windu with his suspicions.
Windu, either with or, more likely, without Anakin, confronts Palpatine, who without Anakin’s interference is either arrested or, more likely, killed.

Who takes his place? My money’s on either Padme herself or Bail Organa of Alderaan. With Padme being slightly more likely.
In either case, Palpatine is no longer a factor, and Obi-Wan soon deals with Grievous. The Separatist military leadership has basically been decapitated, and the new Chancellor would soon be able to bring them to the negotiating table to end the War.

I don't see why not, remember, Leia and Ahsoka are both fan favorite characters in star wars, but that is because they are mostly written well. would cause a very late term miscarriage, and if it didn’t — robot suit or not — Anakin wouldn’t be Palpatine’s attack dog; she’d be a mother to her children. So, Luke and Leia die; no story. Anakin is a mom; no story.

More than any other character I can think of, Anakin Skywalker has to be male.

They would probably have twins. Ya think? Probably would name them Luke (for the boy) and Leia (for the girl). The girl would probably go on to be a princess and the boy…well he would probably become the most powerful human force user ever…….even more powerful than his father and become a master Jedi.

But thats just a guess. Probably not the direction of the story though.

qui gon, Obi Wan and Queen Amidala would be trapped on Tatooine for quite a long time unless they pay Watto in “real money” for the part.

Maul catches up to them and probably starts their big ass fight then and there, to prevent the queen getting home and to force her to sign. IMO maul would have been able to pretty much kill the both of them and take padme prisoner. this is because Obi Wan was never able to surprise Maul by jumping up like that. plus who will tatooine side with? scary horn man or two jedi?

Without Anakin the bad guys have a long string of victories, starting with the Battle of Naboo which would be the wholesale slaughter of the Naboo resistance movement without the reinforcements from jedi and gungans. the CIS would meet with more success without General Skywalker to interfere.

Palpatine would remain essentially a “harmless old man” in the eyes of most of the galaxy, including the Jedi as he’s clouding their minds.

in any case, order 66 would not have been activated when it did if not for Anakin giving up his identity to Mace. if palpatine didn’t need to play his hand like that, then the Jedi would be stuck hunting Dooku possibly for several more YEARS until the CIS looks to be on the brink of defeat. then sidious can spring the trap against a much weaker jedi order. dooku and maul launch the attack on the remaining Jedi and the Empire rules for decades to come.

Palpatine would have made Maul kill Dooku so that there is only one true apprentice. and then made a new apprentice kill Maul. Perhaps his son ….or granddaughter Rey. .

thus it would come to pass that Sidious would transfer his essence into a new young body and become Sexy Empress Palpatine.

Such is the ways of the Sith

We don’t know the exact extent of Anakin’s internal injuries, but it seems to be generally assumed that he no longer has external genitalia after Mustafar. A female Anakin’s ovaries and uterus, being internal, would have been slightly better protected than the male Anakin’s testes, but her injuries might still have prevented her from actually conceiving as Vader.

A quick google suggests it is possible for survivors of severe abdominal burns to carry viable pregnancies, though there are complications with getting the skin to stretch enough after that degree of scarring. Conversely, in men, even

A quick google suggests it is possible for survivors of severe abdominal burns to carry viable pregnancies, though there are complications with getting the skin to stretch enough after that degree of scarring. Conversely, in men, even if their ability to produce sperm is not destroyed, the aftermath of severe burn injuries tends to leave the sperm deformed and greatly reduced in reproductive potential.

So, provided the necessary organs were not simply damaged beyond function, and provided any version of Vader actually wanted to have further children, based on current medical knowledge it is actually more likely that a female Vader could bear a child than that a male Vader could sire one.

The two of them grew so powerful that their dark side energy threw the force out of balance, tipping it too far towards the dark (from the time of the phantom menace to the end of the clone wars Yoda and windu claimed constantly that their minds were being clouded by the dark side and their ability to use the force was diminishing.)

What the 2 Sith Lords were doing was against the force’s will. The force had deemed the Sith too dangerous since their arrogance had gotten them to the point where it was far beyond just destroying the Jedi and ruling the galaxy. They wanted the power of true gods, controlling life and death and plagueis and Sideous proved they were willing to do anything to achieve it. Therefore the force said, “Ok, if you’re so insistent on creating life, I’ll show you! You’ll be allowed to create a life who will eventually lead to your own end!” These manipulated midichloreans found their way to Shmi Skywalker’s womb, and 9 ...

Therefore they were forced to land on a nearby planet and they chose Tatooine because not only is it a remote outer-rim planet the Trade Federation also has no power there as it was controlled by the Hutts.

Unbeknownst to pretty much all on board the “Queen” everyone was taking orders from was actually a decoy as Padme had pretended to be a handmaiden to protect herself and it was in her capacity as handmaiden that she went with Qui-Gon, R2 and Jar Jar to find a place where they could buy the parts required in order to fix the ship. It was at one of these stores that Padme met Anakin who was working there as the slave of Wotto-the stores owner. For Anakin it was love at first sight and Padme also became quite fond of this little boy as Anakin was 9 at the time and Padme’s infatuation would come much later.

Anyway long story short Anakin becomes the key to getting off Tatooine and Qui-Gon secures his freedom and he goes off with them to become a Jedi. We skip forward 10 years and Padme is now the senator of Naboo and Anakin is now a Jedi apprentice under the tutelage of Obi-Wan. Padme just had an assassination attempt on her life and she assigned the protection of the Jedi, the Jedi who get chosen for this assignment are Obi-Wan and Anakin who haven’t seen Padme in over a decade and this reunion re-kindles Anakin’s feelings for Padme. A lead is eventually discovered regarding Padme’s killer and so Obi-Wan is tasked with investigating whilst Anakin is assigned to take Padme back to Naboo and keep her safe. It is here that Anakin tells Padme how he feels about her and even though Padme attempts to resist at first over the course of their adventures she does start to let go her resistance and finally admits to Anakin that she loves him. FYI the reason that Padme doesn’t want to go down this road with Anakin is because the Jedi are actually are not allowed to marry or fall in love and if this was discovered Anakin would lose his place in the Jedi order and Padme herself would also be in trouble as being a Senator this would a political scandal (imagine if a western politician in our real world was having an affair with a monk and you get the picture), however as there about to be killed at the end of Act 2 Padme confesses her love for Anakin.

Padme and Anakin both escape from their captures and get married. A few years later Padme becomes pregnant and this causes concern as the two of them were able to hide their marriage thus far, but the arrival of a child has the potential to change things. However that all changes when Anakin starts getting dreams of Padme dying in childbirth and Palpatine uses this to lure Anakin to the dark side and it works! Anakin becomes a Sith Lord named Darth Vader and Padme rejects this causing Anakin in a fit of rage to strangle her to death-though she lives long enough to give birth to two children: a boy she names Luke and a girl she names Leia. Finally to protect these children from the Emperor and Vader they are separated with Leia being adopted by Queen Breha and her husband Viceroy Bail Organna of Alderaan being raised to become Princess Leia of Alderaan and Luke goes to live with his aunt and uncle on Tatooine who would go onto become a Jedi, join the Rebellion (which Leia is a part of too) and redeem his father from the dark side who would them kill the emperor, but also die in the process, spending his final minutes of life in his sons arms.

According to some.sources there are 20 billion force sensitive individuals in the galaxy. Say 20% are children, that's 400 million.

The Jedi don't know them all. Nowhere near. That holocron contains a list of all KNOWN ones that Jedi have come across in their travels. Hundreds, maybe thousands, guaranteed not millions.

There are only 10,000 Jedi, but 50 million worlds. Coruscant alone has 3 trillion inhabitants.

No Star Wars, I guess. Anakin was the catalyst which helped Palpatine finally gain power. Though, it’s always possible that the rebel alliance, with the help of Alderaan (hopefully unexploded, since Vader would never exist, never try to taunt Leia, etc) could have overthrown the Empire if they still gained control of the Galaxy. That’s just an amateur guess, though.

The Jedi kept a list of all the Force-sensitive children in the Republic. Tatooine, while officially within the borders of the Republic, was not under Republic rule in any meaningful sense of the word.

Honestly, most of the other Jedi Council members would be.

Obi-Wan was a good man, but he was inexperienced. He didn’t know exactly how to handle being the teacher of the strongest force user in history, who also happened to be emotionally unstable!

And though I think a number of other Council members (Yoda, Plo Koon, or Shaak Ti) would be much better masters for Anakin, one stands out amongst the others: Mace Windu.

You see, unlike other Jedi masters, Mace knew what it was like to feel the dark side call to him. And unlike everyone else, he didn’t forbid the dark side - he mastered control over

Anakin was very much in a similar state. He often had aspects of the dark side slowly creep into him, which made him more and more unstable. A master like Windu would have been tremendously helpful to learn to not suppress the dark side (like Obi-Wan taught), but to have control over it.

Not much of a difference aside from slight relationship differences and more R34. Like for example she wouldn't have had as close of a relationship with the duchess of Sereno and it would've slightly changed how Darth maul felt about her but thats likely it. The role Obi-Wan had in Star wars isn't tied to his gender or what his race was.

Literally the force. The force manipulated by darth Plageus into creating life. Thats one theory anyways.

Anakin Skywalker had no father. This is made clear multiple times. He was born of the will of the Force.

The sequel trilogy made clear that the Force is its own will. Anakin was created as the balance or “chosen one” if you will.

Rey is very similar. Though she was born of two parents, the Force would create the rare and legendary Dyad between her and Ben Solo, Kylo Ren.

The Dyad in the Force is something the Sith had sought to attain for generations through the Rule of Two, but never could as the Dark side is a corruption of the Force, like a cancer. Ben Solo and Rey would eventually prove to be

The Dyad in the Force is something the Sith had sought to attain for generations through the Rule of Two, but never could as the Dark side is a corruption of the Force, like a cancer. Ben Solo and Rey would eventually prove to be the conquerors of a still very much alive Palpatine, who was a significant rip in the Force, bending and “forcing” it to his will.

I say all of this to make the point that I think Rey’s parents and lineage are the wrong focus. The correct answer was that her unique power was the will of the Living Force.

It would make the Star Wars movies far more logical. Someone born without a father would not have a Y-chromosome and therefore would have been without a doubt female. That being said, the timeline of Episode 3 would have needed to be modified in order to allow Anakin to avoid combat during pregnancy. And this in turn would have necessitated a complete remake of the Original Trilogy in order to explain the obvious changes that would have happened to the storyline.

Hmm..I guess the major difference would rely on Padme’s tastes.
If she finds it attractive, no real change besides clothing and outward behavior in Anakin. but everything else should follow the same plot lines.

Now, if Padme is not big on her men dressing like women…then everything changes.

1. No Padme for Anakin to nightmare about, leading him to Palpatine…
2. No Luke or Leia

I’m sure Palpatine wou

I’m sure Palpatine would have gotten to ‘The Chosen One’ some other way, possibly ‘the mom’ angle…but no Padme means no kids (or at least the Luke and Leia we are familiar with).

My opinion: Just look at Padme/Amadala’s clothing, just look at what the Emperor wears, look at Dooku’s cape!! I really don’t think it would be an issue in the St...
