If you see this on Tuesday/Wednesday it means the Final Examination is closed for Head Instructors to catch up with ungraded exams and catch a break, the exam will open up the next day again.

If you see this on Saturday/Sunday it means the Final Examination is closed as it's the end of the week and new commissions are due, the exam will stay closed until graduates receive commissions.
