Just to be clear, that's Trent, and he ended up in the ER as a result. The video is pretty blocky, but it's relatively easy to make out that he has no needles anchoring the band in place, let alone going through the testicular cords in order to prevent them from slipping back up into the body. He later performed his own penectomy, in a bit more responsible of a way, but still ended up having to go to the hospital in order to get stitched up.

As I recall, testicles receive an arterial blood supply, so a botched castration - with no suturing, or incorrect suturing - tends to result in internal bleeding.

I love this community, and I want to be supportive, but there's constantly a ton of misinformation and/or unrealistic fantasies floating around, and I believe it's important to give accurate information so that people don't end up in the emergency room, or worse.
