Little known fact: Senatorwas on the Church Committee which exposed some of the worst abuses of&, including MKUltra, a secret CIA program to use people as psychological mind control subjects without consent. A lot of the knowledge was just transferred to the military. Many of the techniques learned from these experiments, some of which employed drugs and some didn’t, were incorporated into operations like the CIA & DIA psyops used to radicalize terrorist groups in Central America for Reagan during Iran-Contra. The research for the new wave of psychological experimentation in the late 70s and 80s, after the Church Committee kicked it out of CIA, was done largely at Ft. Bragg, where Mike Flynn was stationed while he worked with CIA & DIA in Central America for Reagan. This is not a coincidence. Flynn has been building on this foundation for four decades now.
