This has been true - but things are changing quickly !

The sanctions are touted as US sanctions - but they are in fact - Rothschild Criminal Banking Cartel sanctions !

ALL international payments since 1930 have ( up until this point ) gone through the Rothschild Bank of International Settlements ( BIS ) - headquartered in Basel Switzerland - they are the ones who levy the sanctions !

They just block international payments that doesn't allow Syria to purchase anything on the international markets !

In fact the Syrian currency ( Syrian Pound ) doesn't even exist now on the Rothschild controlled foreign exchange markets ( FOREX ) - it has completely vanished !

However - the Syrian Pound does exist in the NEW RothschildLESS world economic order !

Syria - as all the countries of the new world economic order ( 155 nation strong Belt and Road and BRICS ) will be trading in their own currencies - backed by their countries ' Sovereign Wealth ' !

Trade between members of the NEW world economic order ( Global South ) will be trading directly in their ' national ' currencies - completely bypassing the BIS !

Sanctions will be a thing of the past !
