This is actually such a good explanation, it really explains everything from the bottom up. I'm sure most people watching already know many of the steps, but this is just soo good at filling in all those gaps in how specifically all those parts work, and that's just amazing

As a comp sci major that has been into computers my entire life. I knew all of this. I still watched every second. Today is my 21st birthday(over in 15 minutes) and watching this was one of the most enjoyable things I did today.

This is so goddamn beautiful, thank you for this. Whenever there is a "natural vs artificial" debate, I try to explain that everything is natural - computers, transistors, AI - because we made them out of naturally occurring materials. This video shows just how ingenious humans are, that we made something resembling intelligence out of sticks and stones. Oh and also, really amazing explanations and presentation. You deserve a million subs!

Imagine this video was called "how we turn carbon into intelligence" and was created by an intelligent computer

Genuinely the best description I've seen on this topic. Watching it was like seeing all the different pieces of my knowledge clicking together. Not unlike driving down a new street in your hometown, and then coming upon someplace familiar and thinking "Oh, that's where that road goes," as the map completes in your mind.

Always a treat seeing other folks into the 1-10K subs range make it big. I've mostly given up on trying, as I'm working on much bigger projects which has taken away my time and restricted what I can post. Best of luck to you!

literal best educational video ever award. i've been watching things like this since i was a kid in the 80's, and this just outdid multiple forms of entertainment and a college course for efficiently delivering a dense data transmission in a way that is contextual and hence retainable. please, continue this work.

Wow. From someone who understands this already, I wish I would have learned the basics this way. So much simpler and less messy. So much less to learn before learning something new and complex. I'm impressed. Please bless is with more content.

Amazing way to present and teach. I understood the concept in this video better than my college did in whole semester. Also entertaining. Great analogies and examples too. Amazing to see 10k subs with just 3 videos. Keep up the good work. We need more people like you.

This is by far the greatest thing I have ever seen on YouTube. I thought, "I know how transistors are made from silicon, I’ll pass”, but then I decided to watch this anyway and oh boy am I ever glad I did!! This artfully made a complicated subject fun to watch and learn about. AMAZING! My favorite part was explaining how silicon is turned into a gas. Super great explanation.
