WHAT IS FAW IN TWO WHEELER FAW in the context of two-wheelers typically stands for "Front Axle Weight." This term refers to the weight carried by the front axle of a motorcycle, scooter, or any other two-wheeled vehicle. The distribution of weight between the front and rear axles is crucial for the vehicle's stability, handling, and overall performance. few key points about FAW (Front Axle Weight) in two-wheelers: Stability and Handling: Proper front axle weight distribution ensures better stability and handling. If the front axle is too light, the front wheel may lose traction, especially during braking or cornering. Conversely, too much weight on the front axle can make the vehicle difficult to steer. Braking Performance: During braking, especially hard braking, weight shifts towards the front of the vehicle. A balanced FAW helps maintain control and reduces the risk of the front wheel locking up. What is new with Euro 7 emission norms ? 1. It combines the two different norms of passenger cars and trucks / buses into one. 2. It regulates the particulate emission from brake and tire abrasion dust (focusing on electric vehicles as there is no tail pipe emissions anymore - interesting) 3. It has new regulations to monitor unauthorised tampering of vehicle systems (odometers etc) from outside the vehicle to tweak the key indicators. 4. It secures the durability of batteries in electric vehicle after eight years or 1,60,000 km. The useful electrical energy content of passenger car shall not be less than 72%.

Hello Hero MotoCorp I have Recently Bought Hero X-Pulse Pro with Registration Number UP-14FU0635. This Motorbike purchase has turned my life into a nightmare. Just a few months after purchasing this motorbike it's visits to the service center are very frequent. The Vehicle lacks in performance and more than that your service center’s lack in training to service these motorbike’s. I have changed more than 4 Service Centers in the Delhi NCR Area but none of your workshop technicians are trained to set my vehicle adjustable shocker. Even they are so untrained that they don’t even know how to switch ABS modes on my bike. If you can’t provide support at your service center at least provide a user manual along with the bike which was also not provided to me. The Service cost of this bike is way too expensive as compared to your economy section bikes and it’s even higher than my KTM bike Service Cost. But addition to this the customer has to waste a whole day to get their bike service. Which I don’t think is justice to your premium customers who are buying your top-end bikes.And more over you don't have spares for your bike's. I am Waiting for my Side Stand replacement from past 2 month's. In My Opinion, Hero MotoCorp Should work hard on Customer and Service support for their Top-end Bikes instead of simply Launching new top-end bikes.As this would not lead to any happy customers.

Fellow RE Bikers, Beware of this SVC, Rudraa Motors located at Arumbakkam, Chennai!!! Went to this Svc on 19/06 to fix my GT's wobbling issue, they didn't fix it; rather, they created a new problem. In the process of changing the Front Wheel Bearings, they have created an another serious problem, the Front Wheel has completely jammed. With Ignition off & bike in neutral it’s not moving in reverse, When I pushed it hard, it creates a lot of noise I don't know what went wrong now; haven’t faced any such issue before bearing replacement. I didn’t had any chance of reversing the bike in service centre, if I would had, I would have definitely noticed this issue there itself & I would have not taken the bike. But then, the technician at Rudraa Motors who handled my bike there would have noticed it for sure, but then he didn’t cared about it to sort it out, Pathetic! Escalated this issue to Mr. John, RE’s Area Service Manager in the evening, didn’t expect him supporting the service centre vaguely without even hearing to me properly. He was also questioning my behaviour for complaining about the service centre. This service centre (Rudraa Motors) has done a lot of damages to my motorcycle in the past 6 months, right from Engine Casing Scratch & Dent, Crash Guard Damage, Frame Scratch, Taillight Damage, Powertronic ECU Control Switch Damage & So on. While most of the problems have been sorted on my own, since I don’t want to run behind these unprofessionals every time. Even after spending my time, energy & money, the so called technicians couldn’t able to fix the problems rather they creating new issues, that’s where these people are experts it seems. With several visits, as per my experience, the technicians/in-charge/CRM over there lack professionalism. I don’t know how these kinds of SVCs are allowed to operate; I’m also surprised to see these kinds of centres sustain themselves.
