Kia ora <<First Name>>,

Thank you for your continued interest in New Zealand motorsport.

Please take this email – dated the 1st of July, 2024 – as an official notice of the University of Auckland Motorsport Club’s intention to satisfy any outstanding agreements – informal or otherwise – which were formed between its members, the University, and parties with an express/implied relationship with the prior two from 2019 to today. These include the following:

  • Outstanding executive administrative tasks;

  • The University of Auckland Motorsport Club Grand Prix

Many of the above have been completed in part or in full as communicated to members via Gmail and/or this Mailchimp channel; with this “official” notice serving as an additional layer of Club documentation for the purpose of a backup/redundancy.

Please select your preferred venue for the above via the buttons below:

Further to this, the Club is cognisant of how overoptimised and ossified the many iterations of its foundational document has become. Find below a proposed simplification of all of these which may satisfy the sensibilities of those from the Club’s past, its present, and its future.
