C&R Group companies in Japan gather at the Tokyo head office building. There is also Japan's largest development studio "C&R Creative Studios" with 1554 people. Events / training
We carry out training for new employees, training for improving the knowledge and skills necessary for working as a member of society, and philosophy training that utilizes performing arts. We also hold a number of events, such as kick-off meetings held by all employees, where employees can communicate with each other and deepen their friendship.
Kick-off meeting
Held twice a year. All employees will share the direction of the company, the achievements of each business division, and strategies.
Entrance ceremony
This is an entrance ceremony held by the entire C&R Group.
Welcome party for new graduates
This event welcomes all new graduates who joined the company in April every year.
Meeting
Held every year on the last business day of December. This is a company-wide event where employees can interact with each other while enjoying alcohol and light meals.
Birthday party
A party is held once a month for employees in the month of their birth. There are also cakes and gifts, which deepens exchanges between employees and activates communication.

This training is for understanding the company's philosophy and mission and becoming human resources who can contribute to the growth of businesses and organizations.
Information security training
You will learn how to prevent yourself from leaking information, how to protect information, and what to do if you have an accident.
Harassment training
You will learn how to understand harassment correctly and how to prevent it from happening and how to create an environment.
Club activities
