- If you do not currently have a Zaiko account, you will need to register for the free Zaiko account and sign in before ticket purchase.
- The live streaming URL can only be watched by signing into the Zaiko account used at the time of purchase. Please note that sharing the live streaming URL via messenger app or SNS does not provide viewing access for other people.
- Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded in any circumstances except if the event is canceled or postponed.
- During a live streaming event, streaming is synchronized in real-time from the host and you will not be able to rewind the streaming even if you started watching past the initial start time. However, you will be able to watch the full content during the video archived period as many times as you would like.. (applicable only for events that are set up with the video archive feature)
- Please note that the event organizer may reset or pause the streaming to troubleshoot sound or video playback troubles caused by issues such as an unstable network. This would cause the stream to be down for a short period.
- The organizer does not take responsibility for any issues caused by the network, software, or hardware environment on the user end.
- Before purchasing a ticket, please read the terms and conditions carefully, and refer to “Zaiko Recommended Device Environment” and “Zaiko Recommended Network Environment” to make sure that you have the recommended setup for watching online live streaming.
- Users will be in charge of the costs of network usage.
- Live streaming requires a high-speed network for the best results. Wi-Fi is highly recommended.
- All videos (including sounds) are protected by law, including copyright laws, and the rights belong to the event organizer. Regardless of whether it is for commercial use or private use, it is forbidden to photograph and record any stream. If it is reprinted without permission, you could face legal action.
- Please make sure you can receive emails from the following email domains: “zaiko.io”, “zaikomail.com”
