By definition, a mutual agreement for a talent to graduate from Niji before their contract expires requires Anycolor to agree to it. They're not gonna let the talents leave one second earlier than they need to - unless they reach an agreement for an "early" graduation in exchange for 50% of all of the money the talents would otherwise be entitled to from their last six months in the company (that's 50% of their net revenue AFTER the yacht tax that they have to pay), and then schedule the graduation for the day before the contract expires.
So instead of superchat revenue being split 30 for Neal, 35 for Riku and 35 for the talents, the last six months would instead be split 30/52.5/17.5 for the privilege of leaving one day early. And voice packs being split 75/25 instead of 50/50, and other merch revenue being split 99/1 instead of 98/2.

Of course all of this goes out the window if Niji EN officially ceases to exist before their respective contracts expire, as OP alleges will happen in 13 days. In that case, it will technically result in the immediate termination (by default) of all hands, even the ones who choose to and are allowed to transfer over to Niji JP after that termination. With the EN contracts terminated, the talents who leave within the first week or so of their "new" contracts won't have to pay an early termination fee for leaving before their "old" contracts would have expired, especially if their "new" contacts are only for that one week.

The timing being bad for her... might be a "valid" reason for the merger to happen so soon. I would not put it past Niji management to close the branch and upend dozens of careers just to spite her in particular, especially if she was planning on leaving later this year but the branch closing earlier than she planned on leaving forces her to sign a two year contract extension she wouldn't otherwise agree to. She's physically in Japan, and is there on a student visa, so Niji has her by the short hairs.
