The Rocket Booster from a “Long March 2C” Launch Vehicle struck a Chinese Village yesterday, after the launching of the SVOM X-Ray Telescope from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Zeyuan Town. Sadly this happens quite Regularly due to China not utilizing the same Safety Procedures used by the United States and other Countries, who usually place their Launch Sites near the Ocean. The Booster contained Highly-Toxic Hypergolic Fuel which has been known to cause Cancer, and likely spread across Areas of the Village after Impact.
