Sometimes people arrive back at the same conclusion they started with because they have learnt more.

 

Examples include:

 

1. (illiterate) Sex matters most because it feels good.

2. (intermediate) Sex is just a side hobby (in German "Nebensache"). Life has more important things such as work and good grades.

3. Sex matters most because it is healthy and leads to reproduction, which is why nature made it enjoyable to mammals. We earn good grades and work for money to be able to have sex. We work to live, not the other way round.

 

1. (technologically illiterate) Smart homes are not good because they are complicated.

2. (technologically intermediate) Smart homes are good because they are convenient and trendy and "the new thing".

3. (technologically knowledgeable) Smart homes are not good due to loss of privacy from surveillance and the possibility of termination (see the Louis Rossmann Amazon drama) and hacking.
