After leading creative departments responsible for concepting, engineering, and producing award-winning advertising work for international clients (earning top industry awards – including Titanium Lions at Cannes), I now serve as Citywide Marketing Director in the Mayor's Office of Ethnic and Community Media. We amplify, contextualize, and strengthen the media outlets that represent New York City’s spectrum of culture and experience.

In addition, I am the distinguished-grey half of michaels.adams., a social initiative collective generating scalable and sustainable programs focused on identity and education. StoriesAboutUs™, our literary imprint, publishes creative fiction from artists of unique experience, beginning with our six books from the American Disability community, available on Amazon.

Human beings are more verb than noun, each of us a unique combination of what we love, where we’ve been, and what we do. I find that celebrating each individual's passions, experiences, and choices consistently creates opportunity through harmony.
