It explains: what information to provide; what complex terminology means; where to find tools or further information to prepare your organization’s response. “Corporates” are commercial and non-profit organizations that employ workers. “Cities” are municipal centers, like cities, counties, towns and villages. “States and regions” are regional governments that cover larger areas. "Public Authorities" are organizations created by government with a mandate to carry out a specific public service.
