A pool of liquid metal, composed of nanites. It may take on any form it wishes.

Powers[]

Adaptrix, as his name may imply, can adapt to just about any situation thanks to his shapeshifting abilities. He can mimic just about anything he sees done with some experimentation.

Weaknesses[]

Though the individual nanites are shielded against EMP, a blast will disrupt their connections and render him incapacitated momentarily. Electricity and intense heat can also disrupt his form.

Resistances[]

Any physical object isn't going to do a whole hell of a lot of damage to him.

Immunities[]

Adaptrix was programmed with an invulnerability to the plasma weapons Omega was fond of generating. Straight plasma will cause no damage to him.

Personality[]

His personality was based on Omega's, so he shares many of the deceased Experiment's quirks.

History[]

Adaptrix was created by Omicron as a sparring partner for Omega, using Omega himself as a template. When Omega died, Adaptrix willingly shut down and was in stasis within Omicron's colony for ten years.

Mithril found his capsule and asked for him to be reactivated, so he is now (somewhat begrudgingly) her sparring partner.

Trivia[]

Adaptrix's room in the Hero Squad base is a simple training grid, with a variety of interchangeable obstacles. He doesn't use it much himself, but made it that way simply out of familiarity. He "sleeps" in a glass tank tucked in one corner.
