お手数をおかけいたしますが新幹線改札の係員までお申し出ください。

If you have saved or printed a QR-ticket page, you can board the Shinkansen by holding the QR-ticket over the Shinkansen ticket gate.
If you need to display your QR-ticket again, you are not be able to log in to Account Page due to the maintenance,
so please contact the Shinkansen ticket gate staff.
