My name is Mina , and my question is my laptop is working with windos 7 and i tried many times to download windos 10 but its take long time on stage of getting updates more than 9 hours and no progess happened and on the second time its on the same stage more than 3 hours . what shall i do

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The best method to perform the upgrade to WIndows10 is to use the ISO downloaded from the Microsoft website.

When the ISO file completes downloading

Disconnect from the Internet

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, mount the ISO and then run Setup.exe to begin the upgrade.

Important, at the start of the upgrade, you will be asked if you want to install additional updates, choose No, because that is a major source of the upgrade failing.
