We used the Request for Quote (M1) plugin for a client's website, and it had to be customized. The plugin developers provided support and added the extra functionalities we wanted. Now works as expected: The cart content, without prices, is sent to the site owner and end customer, for a price quote. Great job.

Multiple Custom Forms (M1) is a brilliant plugin, very easily customizable with a little bit of PHP knowledge and it has enabled me to achieve what I wanted.
