About sending requests

  • Skeb is a service that supports creators through paid requests. Retakes, meetings, and price estimates are not available.
  • Communication outside of the body of the request, such as meetings via Direct Message on SNS, is prohibited.
  • Copyright of deliverables belongs to the Creator, except as otherwise provided in the Terms and Policies. Clients are limited to personal use, such as viewing, posting on social networking sites, and use in profile images.
  • If you wish to make a secondary use that is beyond the scope of personal use, please indicate so in the body of sending request.
  • The body of the request and client information will be made public after the work is delivered. The amount of money will not be disclosed.
  • If you set a hide setting when submitting a request, it will not appear on the service, but creator may republish it outside of Skeb.
  • Please be sure to set NSFW for requests with extreme content. Failure to do so will result in account suspension.
  • Each time a request is sent, creator will be notified by e-mail. If you cancel a request before approval, you may not be able to send the same amount as before to that creator for a certain period of time.
  • Payment can be made by credit card or using Skeb points. Skeb points can be purchased by bank transfer, convenience store payment, Pay-easy, Alipay, WeChatPay, KakaoPay, GCash, DANA, Touch'n Go eWallet, etc.
  • Payment is settled in Japanese yen.
  • When sending a request with credit card payment, credit card credit will be secured. Once creator approves the request, the payment will be made.
  • If points are used, they will be deducted from your point balance when you send request.
  • If a creator approves your request but does not deliver, you will automatically receive a full refund.
  • Credit card refund time depends on your credit card company. The operation cannot answer this question.
  • Creator may deliver work that does not necessarily fit with the order description, and creator do not make modifications. Please check out their previous work and carefully choose a creator to request.
  • The company will not mediate disputes to do with works, such as differences in designs.
  • After delivery, any act of forcing creator to make unjustified revisions or forcing creator to do something is a violation of the Terms of Service. It will be subject to immediate suspension of the account.
